The Chateau Beach Tower’s unit sizes will range from about 1,500 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet, and prices will range between $650 and $800 per square foot. Construction is scheduled to start by September 2012. The hearing for approval will continue on March 1. If approved, this building will add additional inventory to the Sunny Isles condo market. 2/14/2012Amendment 4 – A Boost to the Real Estate MarketSummer Greene, president of Florida Realtors, is in Tallahassee this week to meet with lawmakers about Amendment 4. If approved by voters in November, the amendment will give first-time buyers an extra break on property taxes and reduce the cap for property tax increases on homes without homestead exemptions. This is the third season of the concert and it is open everyone.
The performances will be held at Norman S. Edelcup K-8 public school, Sunny Isle’s community school, which has a cafeteria that transforms into an auditorium. The next performance is today, February 1st, with the French Grand Opera Arias, part of Florida International University’s Opera Theater. It will be followed by FIU Studio Jazz Big Band on March 21 (which will be held at Heritage Park) and Arts Ballet Theatre on May 30. Real estate in Sunny Isles is increasingly in demand as more people are interested in the quality of life developing in the area. |
