A recent study of the area’s real estate growth shows that Miami Beach condos are filling up quite quickly, with an estimated 63% of those built since 2003 already occupied. Area experts expect occupancy rates to go as high as 97% within just a few years. While Miami Beach real estate certainly hasn’t reached the point it was two years ago, the long-expected recovery now seems to be in full swing, almost 20% of empty condos in the area have filled up already.
