Aventura and Surrounding Areas

The stunning area of Aventura seems to be recovering quite well from the real estate drop that also affected other areas of the nation. Sales have climbed up to an average of 70 per month in the area, thanks to the very low pricing. This is good news for buyers interested in purchasing an Aventura condo, Sunny Isles, South Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, or other luxurious condo in other areas in Miami.
