In 5 Years Half of all Homes will be Headed by Someone 55 or Older -

According to a recent report by the National Association of Home Builders 50+ Housing Council, half of all households will be headed by people 55 or older by the year 2011. More than 13 percent of 55+ households own second homes which will help to fuel continuous strong demand for Miami Beach Real Estate especially in towns such as Aventura, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour and Surfside.
