Viceroy Condo-Hotel In Miami Beach

Miami Beach real estate will soon feature 64 new Miami Beach condos that range from 1,000 – 2,000 sq. ft, 121 condo-hotel units that will range from 700 – 1,500 sq. ft. and six penthouses ranging from 2,200 to more than 4,000 sq. ft. The new condo- hotel will be called Viceroy Resort & Residences. These new Miami Beach condos are top of the line and feature European kitchens with Italian cabinetry and stone countertops. The amenities that Viceroy will offer are many. Three pools, a signature restaurant, conference rooms, and much, much more. According to developers it will take 18 months to build the Viceroy and units will range from $800,000 - $2 million.
