Single Family Home Prices

Single family Miami Beach homes prices have been on the rise for sometime now. Miami Beach real estate experts say that even though this is the case, the Miami market is still hot. According to stats the average price for a single family home in Miami Beach was $314,950 at the beginning of the year. That is an almost 7% increase from the same time last year. According to Miami Beach real estate experts the single family home has increased almost $6,000 from this time last year.
