Rising Land Costs and Outrageous Construction Prices Limit The Amount Of Apartment Complexes Being Built In Miami Beach

Demands for apartments in South Florida have never been as great as they are now. However there are no new apartment complexes in the Miami Beach area being built. Miami Beach real estate developers say it is the spiraling construction costs. According to some Miami Beach real estate developers the cost of building apartment complexes has rise 50% in the past 2 years. That is not including rising land costs. In an economy that is bolstering with Miami Beach condos and outrageously priced Miami Beach homes, residents are having a real dilemma figuring out what the future in Miami Beach will bring.
