Privata Town Homes Recieves The Green Light

Miami Beach real estate developer Akron Development Corporation is scheduled to start construction on their project Privata Town Homes this month. Privita Town Homes will be located in the village of Normnady Shores on Miami Beach real estate. The $28 million construction loan was recently closed through Normandy Shores. Now the green light has been given for the construction of the 43 townhouses which will range from 3,086 sq. ft. to 3, 643 sq. ft. Preconstruction prices are starting as little as $989,000 to more than $1.5 million.
