Prices Down, Sales Up

March and April Miami Beach condos reports showed that there was a decline in the asking price for Miami Beach condos. The report stated that Miami Beach condos sales were up due to the lower amounts of asking prices. When sales prices decreased there was an increase of almost 5% of sales. There was also a reduction of square footage price by a margin of almost 8%.
