One Market Is Carrying On Strong In South Florida

It seems that all over South Florida the real estate market is slowing down. Even Miami Beach real estate seems to be in a slump. However, there is one aspect of the real estate market in Florida that seems to be going strong; nudist resort housing. Apparently the Paradise Lakes nudist resort has made way for 39 new condos averaging almost 2,000 sq. ft. The condos were sold for $200,000 a piece with everyone of the new condos being sold before they could be completed in October.
