Marina Grande Gets Votes To Move Ahead

The City Council after months of deliberating finally approved the Marina Grande Miami Beach real estate project. The controversial project in North Miami Beach got final approval on Tuesday. There are rumors of a legal challenge that could delay the construction on the twin 24-story towers on Biscayne Blvd. The City Council approved moving forward with the 468 unit Miami Beach condos with a 5-2 vote.
