Intracoastal Mall In North Miami Beach Has Been Bought By Woolbright Development Inc.

The Woolbright Development Inc. has announced that it has purchased the Intracoastal Mall located a piece of North Miami Beach real estate. Woolbright said that they paid $48 million for the over 200,000 sq. ft. lifestyle center. Woolbright who brokered the deal with RAM Real Estate Inc. from Palm Beach has not yet released what their intentions with the over 26 acre facility are yet.
