Courts Get Involved With Miami Beach Condos Deals

Already this year there have been many Miami Beach condos which have gotten the go ahead for construction and then shutdown due to court decisions that have reversed the votes to move forward. These decisions have been brought before judges due to the North Miami Beach Citizens Coalition, which has circulated petitions that limit the heights and density limits of Miami Beach condos. As it is today the tallest building in the city is 12 stories, however, there is a 15 story office building located near Biscayne Blvd.
