Canyon Ranch Living

Miami Beach real estate brokerage Majestic Properties teamed up with WSG Development and purchased a 61,000 sq. ft. office building for $15 million. This according to Eric Sheppard who is president of WSG, which is a Miami Beach real estate company building Canyon Ranch Living. Canyon Ranch is set to be a hotel-condominium in Miami.
