Talks Of Joint Ventures For GDC And Lane Co.

The main developer for The Ivanhoe condo/apartment project has left GDC Properties Inc. to become a Florida partner for Lane Co. The Ivanhoe project has been in the making for over two years now and is still a priority to Mike Mulhall who says he would like to move forward with the plans. Mulhall has initiated talks with his former employers at GDC hoping to come to terms for a joint venture with Lane Co. Mulhall is known for developments that he completed on Aventura real estate, the Alaqua-Aventura. The luxury Aventura condos were located on the Intracoastal Waterway in South Florida and sold out when the project was completed.
