According to recent surveys Miami Beach real estate celebrated a record year in 2005. Both resale numbers and new construction for Miami Beach real estate showed numbers appreciating at nearly 6%. Bargaining mortgage rates and international appeal fueled the Miami Beach real estate market by creating a more diverse pool of potential buyers. Come to Miami Beach and you will see that there's a lot more to Miami Beach than just falling interest rates.
