Real Estate Foreclosures Up In South Florida

Since the beginning of this year the number of foreclosures on real estate has increased dramatically throughout South Florida. Broward County is leading the state in foreclosures according to Default Research, a real estate research company that has been growing over the past few years. While Broward is the leader in South Florida for real estate foreclosures, Miami Beach real estate is not far behind. The Palm Beach area is also high in real estate foreclosures. The worst part of these research results show that there doesn’t seem to be a break in site. Research shows that the double digit increases started back in May of 2005.
