More Condos For West Palm Beach?

West Palm Beach is flooded with condos, even still there are two developers who are ringing the cash registers and throwing a whole lot of money into a project to develop even more units. Renzi Holdings of Miami Beach real estate paid $19.9 million last week for the downtown block that is bordered by Dixie Highway and Quadrille Boulevard. The co-owner, Renzi says that their goal is to build 800 Miami Beach condos units on the property. Currently, The Whitney is underway just down the street.
