Goldman Properties To Begin Development In Boston

The same team that helped bring urban style to South Beach real estate and SoHo received permission to attack another big project. This time it won’t be South Beach or any other Miami Beach real estate, it will be in Boston. Goldman Properties, in partnership with Archon Group won permission yesterday to tackle the redevelopment of historic brick houses in Boston’s Fort Point Channel area. There has not been a date set for when the development will begin.
