Equity One Inc. Reports Decrease In Second Quarter Earnings

Miami Beach real estate investment trust Equity One Inc. has released its expectations for its second quarter results. On Friday a spokesman for Equity One said that they are expecting their second quarter reports to come in lower than the firm had originally projected. The firm said that they came to this conclusion after they had reviewed the consequences of a delayed closing on a land sale.
