Boca's In, Swerdlow Is Out

Michael Swerdlow has been bought out by Boca Developers. Now Boca is taking over the billion dollar Miami real estate project known as Biscayne Landing. Michael Swerdlow controlled the majority of the stake in the massive $1 billion residential development that was planned for 200 acres in North Miami. Now Boca Developer, who happened to be the partner for the project, has bought out the Coconut Grove developer. According to one spokesman the deal was in the nine-figure price range and has not been closed but was sealed with a verbal agreement.
