Whose Market Is It?

According to analysts in South Florida, despite sales declining, sellers were not lowering asking prices for their homes. Prices seemed to just hover around the same levels while buyers and sellers stand off to see exactly what kind of a market is out there, a buyers or a sellers? Both sides of the housing market are refusing to budge. In Miami real estate fewer homes sold, but prices remained basically the same. All stats are showing that sells are down from last year by a significant amount. According to NAR the number of unsold Miami real estate properties on the market has tripled in the last year. Also according to NAR, Miami condos sales are down.
