Second Home Owners

With the market going the way it is most people are trying to stay out of the Miami real estate market. However, it seems there is a growing group of second home owners in a Miami real estate market teeming with house rich consumers and affluent baby boomers. These homeowners aren't speculators angling to make a quick profit amid a tapering housing boom. They are planning to use the properties themselves as pieds-a-terre.
