Median Prices Across Florida

New Miami condos and single-family homes median prices rose in South Florida. Miami estates and existing Miami condos prices did not see much of an increase or a decrease however. Median prices for existing single-family homes have rose 5% in surrounding areas since April of last year. With this increase the numbers of sales have declined approximately 37%. Miami real estate has seen a larger increase with median prices rising 12% but the number of sales decreasing by only 31%. Across Florida median prices for existing condos have increased about 13% with the number of sales declined 31%.
