Three months ago Broward County commissioners gave developers until April to solve the problem of unclogging the streets. Commissioners had stopped the Village at Gulfstream Park project. The project would add more than 1,500 homes and 500 hotel rooms and as much retail space as the Broward Mall to Gulfstream Park. The only problem is this would cause southeast Broward to look like car congested Aventura. Now on Tuesday Commissioners will decide and vote on a land use change on which the project depends. County Commissioners will look and decide if the developers have come up with a viable plan.
