Prices Rising For Single Family Homes

On Tuesday a report by the Florida Association of Realtors reported that homes for mid-priced single family homes were going for $383,000 in Miami-Dade County. These numbers show that the price for mid-priced single-family homes is almost 4%. Comparing these stats to last year the report shows that there is an increase of 19% from this time last year.
