Mills Corp. Halt?

A month ago Mills Corp. celebrated the grand opening of the Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills. Now it has virtually eliminated the South Florida development department and put all plans for expansion at existing malls on hold. Also Erick Collazo who was the former top Mills executive in South Florida has announced that he has now be joined Woolbright Development in Boca Raton as director of development.
