Miami's "Condo King" In Las Vegas

Miami developer Jorge Perez is having a hard time in Las Vegas. Perez along with actor George Clooney have plans to build a much hyped 11 tower condo project on 25 acres called Las Ramblas. But now it seems as if the $3 billion project is tottering on being canceled or sold. According to the Miami developer the demand is lower than expected and construction cost are much higher.
