Miami Going Against The Grain

In March, median prices for condominiums in Miami fell 4 %. Quite the opposite in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, where existing condo prices continued to rise. Is Miami setting the trend? Many say Miami is out of synch with the rest of South Florida. Miami just recorded an increase in the number of existing single family homes sold, even though prices also rose.
