Miami Beach Real Estate

According to stats, 2005 was a record year for Miami Beach real estate. Re-sale numbers and new construction numbers appreciated at 5.8%. Miami Beach experienced potential buyers from all corners of the country and has a plethora of international potential buyers. Interest rates dropped in Miami and continue to amaze prospective buyers. With the explosion of the Miami condo-hotels on scene things look to be on an upward slope now and into the future for Miami Beach.
