The Kor Group

The privately held real estate investment firm The Kor Group is definitely expanding. The development and management firm is redefining the concept of home with distinctive hotel and residential properties. It also holds a diverse portfolio of properties and manages both its own assets and numerous non owned hotels under third-party management agreements. A few of those properties are in Southern Florida in and around the Miami area. Properties like the Tides in South Beach and Viceroy Palm Springs. The Kor's currently has two residential resort complexes under construction in Miami, Viceroy Icon Brickell and Viceroy South Beach.
