Financing For the Caribbean

Financing has been approved by Carlton Advisory Services for a Christa Development Corp. and Bluerock Real Estate L.L.C. developed condominium project in Miami Beach. Carlton has arranged $125 million for the Miami Beach Project. The financing to convert the Caribbean Ocean Hotel to condo units and build a tower totaling 19 stories next to it. In total there will be a103 condo units and a $50 million loan from Carlton towards a bridge to connect the two.
