Decline In Sales For Miami Condos

In the month of March there was a 26% sales decline of condominiums in Miami. This happened even though sales prices dropped for condos in Miami and rose everywhere else in southern Florida. The sales decline brought condo sales down from 1,533 condos to 1,135 condos. The decline in sales has also brought down the prices of condos. Condo prices have gone from around $260,000 to about $249,000.
