Centrepark Office Buildings Sold for $91 Million

Centrepark, an eight-building portfolio of class A office buildings, has been sold to an unidentified instiutional investor for $91 million. The buildings, which are adjacent to the international airport and within minutes of downtown, were developed between 1998 and 2005 by locally based Navarro Lowery Inc. The team that brokered the Centrepark sale was led by Hermen Rodriguez, the managing director of the Miami office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
