Cash And Incentives Help Condo Developer

A variance granted by Sunny Isles Beach Commission allows sections of a beachfront condominium to sit closer to Collins Ave. than city code allows. This after the commission accepted $300,000 and incentives from a developer. Attorney for the developer of Paramount Beach, Cliff Schulman agreed to give the city an extra beach access with a foot shower, bench and water fountain for incentives. Also the $300,000 in cash to be spent on city parks.
