Canyon Ranch Under Construction In Miami Beach

The building of an Arizona based health spa, Canyon Ranch, is currently underway in Miami Beach. Plans for the property show that the condo-hotel will consists of 157 hotel rooms, 434 condos, and 87 apartments. In addition to the rooms the structure will house a restaurant and a 90,000 sq. ft. wellness center. Prices are ranging from just under $1 million to $5 million. Sales began for the residences earlier this year but the complex is not set to open until 2008.
