Big Money For 1,000 Condos

In Miami, Elad Group of Florida has recently acquired a three property multifamily portfolio aggregating 1,073 units from Clarion Partners. According to GlobeSt.com the deal carried a price tag of over $200 million. According to Jack McCabe, CEO of Deerfield Beach based McCabe Research & Consulting the properties were priced separately and the price tag was between $362.6 million and $366.1 million.
