Real Estate Helps South Florida's Economy and Job Market

Soaring real estate values over the past 4-5 years has added billions of dollar to the collective net worth of South Florida homeowners. Many of who have borrowed money to pay off their house put away for retirement or even invest in more housing. Many of those dollars have gone back into real estate related industries accounting for a significant part of the states record job growth.
