Miami Garden Villas

Atherton Newport Investments has purchased its' first property in South Florida with its acquisition of Miami Garden Villas. The Miami condo contains 376 unit multifamily complexes with a hefty price tag. The Irvine, California based company paid $27.6 million for the complex or just above $73,324 a unit.
