Miami Garden Villas

Atherton Newport Investments has put in motion an acquisition for Miami Garden Villas, a 376 unit multifamily complex with a price of nearly $28 million. Through seven contiguous blocks, the complex consists of 92 individual four-plex buildings. It consists of 212 one-bedroom and 158 two-bedroom units. The average rent rates are around $600 per month and ANI reportedly plans to keep this property in northern Miami a rental.
