Kor Hotels Adopt Tides Hotel

Kor Hotels have legally adopted its foster hotel, Tides Hotel in Miami Beach. Kor has been in control and managed the property since November and now intends to make it a hotel-condo complex. Kor is converting rooms into condos and wants to make The Tides a brand by opening a Tides Playa del Carmen on Mexico's Mayan Riviera by 2008. The West Coast Viceroy is still scheduled for opening in South Beach in 2009.
