Home Prices in South Florida Lower in February

In and around South Florida, mainly the Miami area, people considering selling their homes are doing the unthinkable. They are cutting the asking price of their homes, town homes and their Miami Condos. Some are even throwing in incentives that include helping pay the buyers closing costs. The Florida Board of Realtors reports in February home prices were lower than in January in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Even with this decrease in prices both counties still enjoyed double digit increases from last year.
