Corinthian Apartments

The $20 million Corinthian Apartments, consisting of a 126 unit rental community has broken ground. The Corinthian will contain 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units ranging from 689 sq. ft. to over 1,200 sq. ft. The unique thing about the Corinthian Apartments is that units are available for working families with household incomes of no more than 60% of the county's median income only. Rent is fixed starting at $258 and up to almost $900 per month. Miami-Dade Housing Agency Development Corp has reportedly provided $4 million for construction. The gated community will also contain a 2,600 sq. ft. clubhouse with a computer lab and fitness center and is expected for completion in 2007.
