The Bay Towers

Skyrise Development Group has recently converted Imperial Towers apartment complex into the new 188-unit Bay Towers luxury condominium community. Skyrise is real estate based company working out of Aventura. The Bay Towers are located in Titusville on the Indian River. The condos will offer units from the low $100's and will be the pinnacle in luxury waterfront living with a resort pool as well as expansive balconies with unparalleled views. There has not been an official date for sales to commence determined yet. Contractors expect it will be in the next few months however.
