Are We Moving To A Buyers Market?

Coastal cities have always been in high demand. However some say that the market may be transitioning into a strong buyers market, which raises the question of are these markets still raging? Some experts report that the current market is in transition now and is shifting towards a buyers market from the very strong sellers market we experienced in 2004 and 2005. They say that homes are and will for some time remain on the market for longer periods of time.
