Supply And Demand

Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward counties located in South East Florida are experiencing double digit price increases in real estate, as they have for the past 5 years. The ever increasing demand for Miami real estate is fueled by worldwide interest in South Florida. Land useable for developers to build on is in short supply forcing developers to build into the sky. There are over 80,000 Miami condos in the area at this time. The market has been flooded with these newly built units. This trend is expected to continue for the next 2 years. Experts predict that South Florida will double in population during the next 10 years. Due to the shortage of buildable land, you can expect single family Miami home prices to experience stable price increases.
