Is Miami A Buyers Market?

Miami's housing market is all about supply and demand and every day more and more houses go on the market. Conditions in the Miami real estate market are changing rapidly. Is it now becoming a buyers market? With the rapid increase of products, most sellers have to wait longer to sell their Miami property. Buyers can now take their time and shop around when buying Miami Homes. Higher priced Miami homes starting at $1 million plus are staying on the market for an average of 100 days before selling. While predictions have 2006 being a strong year for sales, sellers need to plan on taking a little longer for their properties to sell. There is currently a healthy supply of Miami condos and homes to satisfy the unusually high demand.
